Evolve Fitness is fully equipped with everything you need to achieve your goals! Our facility includes a wide range of strength and conditioning equipment, such as squat racks, barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, battle ropes, TRX systems, resistance bands, ande machines. We also have rowers, assault bikes, and other cardio equipment to keep your workouts dynamic. Whether you’re into functional training, powerlifting, or endurance work, we’ve got you covered!
5. Are you open 24/7?
No, Evolve Fitness is not staffed 24/7, but all members enjoy 24-hour access to the gym outside of our staffed hours. Our operating hours are Monday through Friday from 4:45 AM to 7:30 PM and Saturday from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Outside of these hours, you can train whenever it suits your schedule with your membership access.
6. Do you have personal trainers available?
Yes, but at Evolve Fitness, we call them coaches! All of our sessions are small group-based and led by one of our highly trained fitness coaches. This ensures every member gets expert guidance, personalized attention, and support while benefiting from the motivation and camaraderie of a group setting.
7. Do you have affordable membership prices?
At Evolve Fitness, we believe in offering exceptional value for the experience and results we deliver. While our rates reflect the quality of our coaching and facilities, we work with individuals to find a membership option that fits their needs. We also offer a free week trial on us, a half-price first month for new members, and run frequent promotions to help you get started. While we don’t have dedicated childcare facilities, we do encourage members to bring their kids occasionally when needed. We understand that life happens, and sometimes you have no other options. All we ask is that children remain safe and do not disrupt the gym environment, so everyone can focus on their workouts.
