His certifications include: Master Level Nutrition Specialist through Precision Nutrition, focusing on exercise nutrition and change psychology Olympic Lifting and Sports Performance through Athletes Acceleration and the NSCA Pre-and Postnatal Women’s Health through Girls Gone Strong Speed and Agility Training, Program Design, and Movement Optimization Brooks also specializes in geriatrics, neurological conditions, powerlifting, myofascial cupping, compression band flossing, and a host of other advanced techniques to support clients’ unique needs. Known for his attention to detail and personalized approach, Brooks ensures every client feels supported, challenged, and equipped to achieve their fitness goals.
